We were extremely pleased with the service we received at Thurston Auto Plaza. We were greeted immediately by Orlando Zarate and he listened to what we were looking for. We had tried to get a certain build for our Chevy Tahoe at our local dealership, but unfortunately being a small rural dealership, they were unable to acquire the desired build from Chevrolet. We were going to build our 2025 model we spec'd out, but through genuine customer service, Orlando and his team were able to find a couple of similar 2025 builds and we were happy with the one we purchased! Bonus is that we didn't have to wait to have it built. We would definitely work with the team at Thurston again for any future needs!

VERY EASY TO WORK WITH

My experience with the service manager was very good. Good, clear communication. However, it took a long time to diagnose the problem, and then additional days of delay to order the part they suspected was faulty on day one. The part was not expensive and in my opinion should have been ordered earlier in the process.

It was an amazing experience for me beau and Trevor was amazing I’ll definitely buy from them again.

mechanic had no idea what the problem was with my chevy truck, yet willing to charge me $2000.00 to discover what is the problem, and then once discovering the problem, an additional charge to repair the shaking of the motor. I picked up my truck, took it to a local self-employed mechanic and for $310.00 he fixed the problem. The motor no longer shakes, its been about 10 days and the truck is working again with the same power it had before my engine problem
